Welcome to "The Carol"! The sister house to "The Charles".
A whole 4-bedroom house for about the price of one downtown hotel room, with a full kitchen, room for 10, and pets welcome.
Situated in the heart of the Yorkville section of Pottsville, PA, this townhome was fully remodeled into the perfect mix of original character and modern efficiency. Guests will immediately feel a sense of warmth and coziness entering the house through the original wood and glass front door.
***Need more space? Rent 'The Charles' and 'The Carol' together: 20 guests between the two houses, right next door to each other.
The first floor includes a spacious living room with modern and classic furniture and a Smart TV, a dining room that can comfortably host dinner for 8 people, and a brand new fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and the original farmhouse sink from 1930. Finishing off the first floor is the covered back porch including new patio furniture and string lights.
The second floor includes the first full bathroom equipped with the original clawfoot tub restored with a new shower unit. Next to the bathroom is a bedroom with a full sized bed and Smart TV. The master suite with a king size bed and Smart TV is also on the second floor, and this includes a very large bathroom with double sinks and a 5-foot tile and glass shower.
The third floor includes the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The first bedroom on the third floor has a full size bed with a Smart TV, and the second bedroom includes 2 full size beds and a writing desk as a designated work space. This home is 1,750 sq feet.
PARKING: Off street parking is available for 1 vehicle. Please see exterior photos for parking information. Free street parking is also available.
Guests will have access to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, including a spacious covered porch off of the kitchen. Basement is for owner access only. Easy check-in with the smart keypad lock.
